Construction A large portion of our work is “new” work.
We are very well versed in all phases of construction of
a new building. Our knowledgeable design department can
produce shop drawings quickly for review by fire sub code
officials. Our project managers will then work closely
with construction managers or owners to assist in the planning
of a well coordinated job. When our sprinkler fitters arrive
on the job site, they will be briefed on the game plan
that has been put together. Our project managers continue
to monitor progress of the job with frequent job site inspections.
We pay very close attention to details so there are no
surprises at the most critical portion of the job, inspections
and job close out. With this level of project management
we assure an installation that is completed on time and
within budget.
Retro-Fit Installation The idea of a retro-fit installation may cause concern for building
owners and their tenants. We understand the concerns and have developed an excellent
strategy for this demanding type of installation. Our design team will field
survey the building in order to develop a sprinkler system custom to that building.
Our project managers will work with the owner/tenant to create a schedule to
accommodate the special needs of the project. Our sprinkler fitters will conduct
themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect for the tenants and building.

sprinkler system maintenance and inspections. Our Inspection
and Maintenance department provides this important service
to existing accounts and would be pleased to provide a

sprinkler system in tip top condition. Our inspectors have
years of experience and perform all inspections to current
N.F.P.A. standards.

Inspections can be performed

call to arrange a convenient time to arrive onsite
to perform the inspection.
